About Our Founder, Katherine Chapman

Katherine Chapman is founder and CEO of CSLB Asia. She’s an experienced corporate advisory lawyer, board member and company secretary with extensive experience across the Asia Pacific.

Katherine started CSLB Asia in 2012. After spending years progressing her legal career both in-house and in international law firms across Asia, Katherine took the opportunity to consider her next steps while leaving her position to move countries.

During this time, she discovered a real need for clear and concise advice for companies looking to enter the Asian market. With a wealth of experience behind her, she knew she could help and went on to establish CSLB Asia. She has since become a sought-after expert in the region, has grown the team and helped hundreds of businesses break into the Asian market.

Steven Dewhurst,
Director

Steven’s 30+ year legal career has seen him specialise in insurance and progress to partner across several international law firms, including a period as a Managing Partner.

As Director at CSLB Asia, Steven provides contract management services to help clients with their commercial and contractual relationships with business partners. He also provides consulting services to a Fortune 500 company, a Hong-King based law firm, and is a Semester Professor at Bond University.

Carol Liao Hsiao Feng,
